Just the way I color skin. This is sort of simplified and stuff for coloring this chibi, but I basically use the same technique for any Photoshop picture. I'm thinking about doing so more of these but they're a lot of work.
Sorry about my lack of spelling (it's not too bad but it's something I'm really self conscious of) and being so wordy. And for this being a lot of the same that's already out there. Oh well. As long as one person picks something useful up from this I'll be happy.
If you guys want to see a tutorial covering any specifics just lemme know and I'll see what I can do. I've planned to do a sketching/inking one and hair.
