It's New Years Eve and I think that's a good day to reflect on the past year. This next year is gonna be big for me!

1) Was 2008 a good year for you?
Pretty decent, yeah.

2) What was your favorite moment of the year?
When Jacob came to visit in June.

3) What was your least favorite moment of the year?
Probably when Jacob left back to Iraq. And some of the fretting I did when I didn't hear from him days at a time. Orrr some of those terrible hangovers I had. XD

4) Where were you when 2008 began?
Our old apartment.

5) Who were you with?
My girls. Plus William, Sprinkle, Jenn, Orin, ... Uhmm... That's it I think.

6) Where will you be when 2008 ends?
At Dianne's house.

7) Who will you be with when 2008 ends?
Prolly the same group as last year, plus a few new faces we've met over the last year.

8) Did you keep your new years resolution of 2008?
It was to be glamorous, and I think I've made good head-way!

9) Do you have a new years resolution for 2009?
Yes. Get a stable job, buy a house, help Jacob start school, be even MORE glamorous!

10) Did you fall in love in 2008?
Over and over again. And I will continue to. XD

My lovely husbind Jacob.

I suppose so. I only tell him once a day.

13) Are you still in love with them?
I suppose so. He doesn't leave me much choice.

I regret nothing!

No.

16) Did you make any new friends in 2008?
Yes! And reinforced current friends.

17) Who are your favorite “new” friends?
Well, Dianne and Michelle weren't so much friends last year, but now they're two of my best.

18) What was your favorite month of 2008?
JUNE!

19) Did you travel outside of U.S. in 2008?
No. But I will be in Germany in a little over a week. XD

20) How many different provinces and/or states did you travel to in 2008?
Just California and Oregon... and Washington, so three.

21) Did you lose anybody close to you in 2008?
My brother-in-law's dog Peach.

22) Did you miss anybody in the past year?
Madly.

23) What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2008?
Uhhh, I can't think right now. Cloverfield, prolly. XD

Spoon- Summon You. All time favorite I think...

Either The Virgins, Black Kids or TingTings.

26) How many concerts did you see in 2008?
Humm... quite a few. Every time Slender Means played, plus whenever the Dimes were in town, then there was MC Chris, twice, Black Kids, Electric Six... humm... Might be more. XD

27) Did you have a favorite concert in 2008?
That's a toss up between Electric Six and MC Chris.

28) Did you drink a lot of alcohol in 2008?
More than I ever had before.

29) Did you do a lot of drugs in 2008?
No. I'm not allowed to yet...

30) Did you do anything out of character in 2008?
I think I reformed my character this year... So compared to me!2007, yes, I was out of character consistently.

Heh, just stupid little things.

33) What was the worst lie you told someone in 2008?
Humm... I'm just not good at lying so I don't think there was anything terrible that I can remember.

Yes. I'm quite harsh to people when I'm sober and annoyed.

Not exceptionally so.

36) How much money did you spend in 2008?
Ahahahaha... oh god, let's not think about that. Let's just say, I kick started a figurine collection this past year.

37) What was your proudest moment of 2008?
Finally finishing my AA. Seriously.

38) What was your most embarrassing moment of 2008?
Throwing up in Dianne's ottoman. Though I don't remember that.

39) If you could go back in time to any moment of 2008 and change something, what would it be?
June, to be with Jacob more. I don't think I'd change it though.

40) What are your plans for 2009?
Buy a house, have lots of fun with my hubby finally being together and free to do fun stuff.

41)What did you do in 2008 that you’d never done before?
Go clubbing, get Chiropractic.

42)What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
My husband. More money. A steady job that I actually like.

43)What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
I guess June 12th... I think that's when Jacob came here.

44)Did you suffer illness or injury?
I got a few colds. And I hurt my knee pretty bad.

45) What was the best thing you bought?
Oh geeze. Lime Crime make up, my Yoko figurine, a lot of my favorite clothing pieces...

46) Whose behavior merited celebration?
Mine? JACOB'S! <3

47) Whose behavior made you appalled and disappointed?
A couple of people... Mostly stuff that didn't really involve me.

48) What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Concerts, holidays, parties, Jacob coming home...

Probably Electric Six- It's Showtime. Or Like A Fire.

50) Compared to this time last year, are you richer or poorer?
Richer, but poorness is on the horizon.

Kissed. Worked.

Being hungover.

Pushing Daises, Heroes and The Office. Can Dr. Horrible count?

54) Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
Not necessarily.

55) What was the best book you read?
The Truth About Forever. Or Tamsin... I've read a lot this year though... Living with two bookworms and always being handed something with a "READ THIS!" face helped though.

56) What was your greatest musical discovery?
The Virgins and Black Kids.

57) What did you want and get?
A bunch of my figurines. Make-up... And the job at the Chiropractic place.

58) What did you want and not get?
Some of the figurines I really wanted.

59) What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I worked, we went to Tuna House (YUMMM) and I think we went out clubbing and got drizzunk. I turned 24.

60) What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Being with Jacob the whole time. Hands down. Being apart from him almost the entire year sucked major.

61) How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008?
Gyaru. XD Bright, short, loud.

Teh girls.

Shia LeBouff. Heh

65) Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008.
Keep a positive attitude, no matter what. Things could suck more. But get through it with a smile and it won't seem so bad when you look back on it.
